About the Author

A.M.A.D is originally from the Dominican Republic and migrated to Canada in 2015.

She is a mother of two and a graduate

of the prestigious

Pontifica Universidad Catolica

Madre y Maestra

of the Dominican Republic.

She embarked on this journey in search of better opportunities in that great nation and, after an accident,

received a terrifying medical diagnosis

that would change her plans forever.

About the books

She started writing her story when understood it had a purpose; help others that are also going through all the hardship that come with rare diseases.

She has always been passionate for helping others and was inspired to start a

non-profit organization in Canada

and share her story.
